Ne kuruyoruz
Kendi kendine çalışan bir kâr sızıntısı sayımı. Tersanenin zaten ürettiği belgeler — teklif ve keşif, iş emirleri, irsaliyeler, taşeron faturaları, hakedişler — tek bir yere düşer: bir klasör, bir posta kutusu, ortak bir sürücü. Gerisini bir yapay zekâ ajanı yapar: bütçe ile gerçekleşeni aynı paket ağacına oturtur ve her hafta sayımı okur — paket bazında sızıntı, maliyet performansı, bitişe dair tahmin — ve tek sayfa halinde geri gönderir. Eşiğinizi aşan bir sapma, ay sonunu beklemeden aynı gün sinyal olarak gelir.
Sizin insanlarınız ne yapar
Üç şey, hepsi küçük. Paket ağacını bir kez birlikte kararlaştırırsınız. Ajanın haftada iki-üç sorusuna cevap verirsiniz («bu, aynı taşeron mu, başkası mı?»). Gelen sayfayı okursunuz. Kimse ölçüm almak için işini bırakmaz ve hiçbir şey, eğitilmiş tek bir kişinin kalmasına bağlı değildir.

Ne değildir
Yeni yazılım yok — elinizde ne varsa onu okur: Excel, PDF, tarama, bir kâğıdın fotoğrafı.
Veri sizde kalır — sayım tersanenin içinde de çalışabilir.
Tahmin yok — belge yoksa sayı da yok; hangi belgenin eksik olduğunu söyler.
ERP projesi değil — zaten dolaşan kâğıdın üzerinde sayar.

What we install
A margin-leak count that runs by itself. The documents your yard already produces — the estimate, work orders, delivery notes, subcontractor invoices, progress certificates — go to one place: a folder, a mailbox, a shared drive. An agent does the rest: it puts budget and actuals on one package tree, and every week it reads the count — leak by package, cost performance, forecast to completion — and sends back a single page. A deviation past your threshold comes as a signal the same day, not at month end.
What your people do
Three things, all small. Agree the package tree once. Answer two or three questions a week from the agent ("is this the same subcontractor, or a different one?"). Read the page it sends. Nobody stops work to take a measurement, and nothing depends on one trained person staying.

There is no figure here. Scope sets the fee, and we do not price a job we have not scoped — the same rule as everywhere on this site: no invented numbers. Write, and we work the scope out together.
